Minimum Qualification criteria:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the ICT business as a registered company/entity in Bangladesh. Please submit relevant documents.
2. Please submit top relevant experience (not more than 5) with the Government of Bangladesh/Private Sector/any international development partner. Please provide technological details, work completion certificate or URL along with project brief (if URL is publicly available).
3. Must have a valid and up-to-date Trade license, updated Income Tax Payment Certificate, VAT Identification Number and TIN certificate.
4. Must have the minimum liquid asset of BDT 60 (Sixty) Lac in the last 01 year. Please submit the latest audited financial statements (if applicable) or unconditional credit line certificate from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh or Bank statement.
5. Minimum average annual Turnover BDT 65 (Sixty-Five) Lac for the last 2 years. Please submit the last two years' audited financial statements (if applicable).
6. Please submit the available human resource list as per the description of the ToR. [Please provide a list of relevant key personnel as per ToR. No need to submit full CV]
A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoI’s of the eligible applicants and a “Request for Proposal” document will be issued in their favor.
The tentative duration of the contract is 14 (Fourteen) months (Subject to extension of the a2i project duration and availability of fund). |
