Eligibility of Tenderer :

As per Tender Data Sheet (TDS) N:B: The tenderer must follow the following instruction before submitting the tender. 1.The certificates submitted by the tenderer in proof of Specific Experience / AACT must be as per the standard format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section. Certificate other than the specified format must contain the information like (particulars of PE in/c e-mail & contact no, business shares in case of JV, time extension, liquidity damage, contract & final bill amount etc.). A tenderer failing to submit that will be considered as “Non-responsive” during evaluation. 2.The data/information submitted by the tenderer in proof of Tender Capacity must be as per the standard format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section. 3. In the case of liquid asset, certificate and statement from bank should be submitted, issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website. 4. In the case of credit facilities, it should be sanctioned and must be submitted as per the format for the Credit Line (Form PW2a-3) issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in accordance with ITT Clause Clause 23.1 (f) without alteration, issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website. 5. Tender Security in the form of Bank guarantee will not be allowed. 6. If a tenderer wants to qualify more than one package, each package shall be qualified separately for Liquid Asset & Tender Capacity.
