INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer :

(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 10 (Ten) years. (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in RCC Building Construction works including civil, internal sanitary, water supply & electrification works of at least 1 (one) number contract of one no. 7(seven) storied RCC building successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 77.50 (Seventy Seven point five zero) crore in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.. (c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 85 (Eighty five) crore. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 20 (Twenty) crore in the form PW3-7 (Failing to submit in PW3-7 will make the tenderer non-responsive). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. (e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.105 (One Hundred and Five) crore.To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must be submitted list of on-going works under any public sector and existing commitment must be mentioned. (f) Tenderer's having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost, shall be rejected. (g) Tenderers must have 3 (three) full sets of steel shutter with props/scaffolding and at least 1(One) no. of concrete batching plant at site. (h) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender documents.
