Contractors/construction firms who have
(i) Not been prevented by the order of any Judicial court from entering into and/or signing contract with the procuring entity as per PPA-2006, PPR-2008 &
(ii) Minimum last 05 (five) Years period of general experience in the construction works &
(iii) The experience of satisfactory completion of Similar nature building construction project including Electrical work in a single tender under Government/ Semi- government /Autonomous/ Corporation in the last 5(five) years as below:
(a) For Tender No: Rangpur Vertical Extension/49, of at least Tk. 600.00 (Six Hundred) lakh
(b) For Tender No: Uttara Staff College Vertical Extension/50, of at least Tk. 425.00 (Four Hundred Twenty Five) Lakh &
(iv) Annual average turnover in the last 5(Five) years preceding the date of submission of tender shall be greater than The amount as below:
(a) For Tender No: Rangpur Vertical Extension/49, of at least Tk. 620.00 (Six Hundred Twenty) lakh
(b) For Tender No: Uttara Staff College Vertical Extension/50, of at least Tk. 587.00 (Five Hundred Eighty Seven) Lakh &
(v) Minimum liquid asset i.e working capital or credit limit as below:
(a) For Tender No: Rangpur Vertical Extension/49, of Tk. 200.00 (Two hundred) lakh
(b) For Tender No: Uttara Staff College Vertical Extension/50, of Tk. 160.00 (One hundred Sixty) lakh &
(vi) Tenderers must furnish the entire necessary supporting document mentioned in the tender data sheet.
