| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(i) The Bidder shall have Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of US$ 20.00 million, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the last 5 (five) years from the date of this IFB.
(ii) Bidders shall have experience in supplying, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of Intelligent Transport System (ITS) covering minimum 150km of highway/expressway in a single contract. The experience must be supported with design of ITS network, operation and maintenance for at least 24 months, and running customizable software for integrating all components of ITS into a single dashboard in TMC (Traffic Management Center), which has been successfully or substantially completed within the last seven (7) years counted backwards from the date of bid submission, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds USD 12.8 (Twelve point eight) Million. The similarity of the Bidder’s participation shall be based on Physical size, Nature of works, Complexity, methods, Technology or other characteristics as described in Section 6, Employer’s Requirements, and the complete eligibility and qualification requirements are stipulated in Section 3: Evaluation and Qualification Criteria of Bidding Documents. |
