INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years
of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in the successful completion of at
least 1 (one) number Sewage Treatment Plant(STP) of Tk. 350.00 ( Three
Hundred and fifty) lakh in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/
Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during the last 5 (five) years. In case
of the work done other than PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority
shall be the concerned Executive Engineer, PWD, of that division.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover
during the last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 650.00 ( Six hundred and Fifty)
lakh. Only Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under
public sector to be submitted along with tender for calculation of average
annual construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of
the tenderer shall be Tk. 165.00 (One hundred and sixty-Five) Lakh in the
prescribed form (PW3-7). The cash credit amount must be unconsumed/unutilized.
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 370.00 (Three Hundred and
Seventy) lakh. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must submit
a list of contract agreements, up to date payment certificates for ongoing and
completed contracts under any public sectors for the year in which maximum
value of works performed within 5 years.
f) The tenderer must possess an Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate,
a Valid VAT registration certificate, an Up-to-date trade license, Up-to-date
ABC license.
g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the
tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents.

last 5 (five) years. In case of the work
done other than PWD, the certifying and
authenticating authority shall be the

could be one (1) contract of similar nature

years or ten (10) years (whichever
appropriate); years counting backward
from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]

requirements, only when applicable, shall
be mentioned separately for each lot in
