INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers or JVCA max.
No. of partners in the JV shall not be more than 3 (three) as below:
a) Reputed firm/organization/authorized agent who have minimum 05
(Five) years of general experience in E/M works.
b) Having successful completion of at least 1(one) number of supply and
installation of medical gas and vacuum pipe line system of TK 18.00
Lakhs (Eighteen Lakhs) in a single tender in Government /Semi-
Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 3
(Three) years. In case of the work done except PWD, the certifying and
authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum avg. annual turnover of Tk. 100.00
Lakhs (One Hundred Lakhs) in the last 5 (five) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be of
Tk.29.00 Lakhs (Twenty Nine Lakhs). The certificate of free fund (liquid
asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related works
and substantiated by a letter of commitment of banks undertaking for a
line of credit.
e) Tender capacity of Tk.21.00 Lakhs (Twenty One Lakhs) only.
f) A Tender security will be required in the form of a Pay Order or Bank
Draft or Bank Guarantee in favor of the Superintending Engineer, Savar
PWD Circle, Dhaka. The Tenderer must process: Up to date valid Trade
license, BIN certificate from NBR & Valid VAT registration certificate
from NBR.
g) The tenderer must Submit the Letter of Acceptance of the WB’s
Anticorruption Guidelines and Sanctions Framework (see section 8:
Particular Specifications).otherwise, the tenderer will be evaluated as
Non-Responsive. Other terms and conditions are specified in TDS. |
