1.The consulting firm shall have at least 5 years’ full-time practical experience in manpower supply to any Government organization/ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous bodies from the date of publication of IFT. More than 5 years or above experience is preferable. 2.The firm should have the experience for satisfactory completion/running contract of minimum 100 (one hundred) person/ employee over a period of last 03 (Three) years in any Government organization/ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous bodies. 3. The firm must be submitted following updated Attested documents: a) In case of limited company, Certificate of Incorporation from RJC as a outsourcing company/firm (Including Memorandum of Article, form x &xii, with updated) b) Trade Licence. c) Financial statement for last 2 (Two) years, d) Update income tax certificate & VAT registration certificate, e) DIFE certificate,f) Bank solvency certificate, g) Experience certificate, h) Number of team members and Experience i)Minimum amount of liquid asset /working capital/credit line shall be 60 (sixty) Lakh j) Any kind of Join Venture(JV) will not allowed. |
