INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.
ii Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered in Bangladesh.
iii Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
iv General Experience:
The minimum Period of General Experience of the Tenderer(s) in Supplying manpower, shall be at least 05 (Five) years.
v Specific Experience:
The Tenderer(s) must have Experience of Supplying Manpower in the turn of BDT 10,00,000,00/- (Ten crore Taka only) under a single contract over a period of last 10 (Ten) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous/ Private Organization.
vi The experience should be certificate by designated officer not below the rank of Grade-06 Govt.Officer.
vii Average annual turnover :
The required average annual turnover shall be minimum Tk. 7,50,000,00/- (Seven crore Fifty Lacs only) during the period of last 3(Three) years within last 05 years.
viii Free funds (Liquid Assets ) and / or credit facilities:
The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or credit facilities of the Tenderer/Supplier shall be 3,00,000,00/- (Three crore only). |
