INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned in tender document and should meet the following major Qualifications. (Other details are given in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 (Ten ) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in development of land by dredging from sea/river and disposal of dredged materials (Sand/Silt/any other suitable materials free from organic substances) within the dyke or land reclamation works in coastal areas of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years with a value of at least BDT 13,000,00,000/- (Taka Thirteen Thousand Lakhs) or Equivalent US dollar, under public sector of similar nature, size and complexities substantiated by Completion Certificate (s) issued by the relevant Procuring Entity(s);
3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 25,000,00,000/- (Taka Twenty Five thousand Lakhs) over the best 05 (Five) years in the last 10 (Ten) years or equivalent US dollars.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT 5,000,00,000/- (Taka five thousand Lakhs) or equivalent US dollars.
5) The minimum capacity shall be: BDT 14,000,00,000 (Taka Fourteen Thousand Lakhs)
