• Participation in at least one contract similar to the proposed works within the last 10 (ten) years successfully or substantially completed, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds US$ 37 million in a single contract;
• Net worth for the last year calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive;
• Demonstrate total financial resource requirement equal or more than 5.76 US$ million for subject contract;
• Experienced in construction and commissioning of minimum total capacity 60 MLD sewage treatment plant in a single contract among which one sewage treatment plant should have minimum capacity 40 MLD. • Experience in operation and maintenance of sewage treatment plant having minimum capacity 40 MLD, at least for three years.
