• Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.
• Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organisations registered in Bangladesh.
• Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
• Tenderers shall have valid bank account and liquid asset.
• Tenderers should have at least 02 (two) years experience to supply vehicle through outsourcing method.
• Should have experience of minimum 01(one) similar contract with government/autonomous organization among last 02 (two) years.

| Brief Description of Goods or Works : |

Supply of private car including driver and all kinds of maintenances by monthly basis. The vehicle should be on or after 2016 model for private car (PREMIO / ALLION/ HONDA City/ Honda Grace/ Vezel or any Crossover model). Engine Capacity should be 2000 CC Maximum. With Air Conditioning, Good out looking, No major Accident history. Price quotation is included with driver salary, maintenance cost and fuel cost. Bidders must consider the fuel cost considering CNG: 300 cubic meter +30 Liter Petrol/Octane; or 200 Liter Petrol/ Octane (details in tender document). |
