INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS, PCC & Section 06 of the “Document” Tab precisely before submission of the tender and submit accordingly, since these are the part and parcel of the tender. (b)The number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be at least 10 years. (c)Having minimum Specific experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least 01(one) Number RCC Building with Pre-cast RCC Pile Foundation including supplying and installation of electrical sub-station and other external electromechanical works with minimum value of Tk. 1100.00 lac in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. (d) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05(five) years of Tk. 2500.00 lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. (e) Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk. 610.00 lac in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form PW 3-7) in Original form, which must be unconditional.(f) Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum 1200 lac. (g) The tenderer must submit an Authorization letter from the manufacturing company or the sole agent in Bangladesh of the company for the proposed Brand of lift, other wise the tender will not be considered. (h)The Tenderer must enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License. (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate. (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (iv) Up-to-date ABC and supervisory License of his own from Electrical Licensing Board GOB (v) Work program in Bar chart. |
