INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tenders is Open to all eligible Tenderer as mentioned below:
(a) Reputed Construction firm/contractors who have minimum 15 (Fifteen) years’ experience in similar nature of building construction works under Bangladesh Govt./ semi-Govt./Corporation/Autonomous organization.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor in Construction works of at least one contract 04 (four) storied building and comprising civil, sanitary, electrical, gas connection works etc. complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five years. Each with a value of at least Tk. 06 (Six) crore in a single contract in govt./semi govt./corporation/autonomous organization in Bangladesh.
(c) The Certification of successful completion of a building construction works with attached NOA, work order, Payment certificate etc. and it is shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Chief Engineer or Authorised person of concerned department with official address, seal and phone number.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facility of the tenderer shall be of Tk. 8.00 (Eight) crore issued from the concerned schedule bank of Bangladesh (Which issue withing the tender month).
(e) The required average annual construction turnover shall be not less than Tk. 10.00 (Ten) crore over the best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years. Bidder must submit proper documents for this (Company audit report with other related documents).
(f) Up-to-date trade license (2021-2022), Income tax clearance certificate (12 digit) & Bin certificate (13 digit) to be submitted along with the tender.
(g) The tenderer must be submitted ABC electrical license issued by electrical license board, renewed up-to-date.
(h) Other required eligibility and condition of the tenderers as stipulated in the tender data sheet of tender document.
