INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience in Building/construction works.
ii) Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01(One) Number of 14-Storied RCC Frame Structured Building including 01(one) basement floor in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 10 (ten) years, with a value of at least Tk. 110.00 Crore. The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose Jurisdiction the work has been completed.
iii) Minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk.130.00 Crore per year. Payment certificates of relevant construction works needs is to be submitted with the tender.
iv) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e., working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 30.00(thirty) Crore only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work in the form of e-PW3-7 (Line of Credit) only. Any deviation of this form will be considered as non - responsiveness of the tenderer.
v) Having minimum Tender capacity amounting Tk.165.00 Crore.
vi)The tenderer must submit all required up to date documents.
vii) As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008,Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
viii) Tenderer must submit Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
ix) Tenderer must submit Up-to date ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board.
Tenderer also must have followed all other tender criteria as per ITT, TDS and PCC clauses.
