INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer:
(a) General experience:-
Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in Construction Works from the date of Publication of IFT in the eGP.
(b) Specific experience:-
Having Experience in successful completion of at least 01(one) number of RCC Building construction work of Tk. 500.00 (Five hundred) Lakh in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT) and others terms condition as per TDS.
(c) Minimum average annual construction turn over:-
The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 1000.00 (One thousand) Lakh and others terms condition as per TDS.
(d) Tender capacity:-
The minimum amount of tender Capacity shall be Tk. 550.00 (Five hundred and fifty) Lakh as per formula stated in TDS.
(e) Liquid asset requirement:-
The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities net of the tenderer shall be Tk. 250.00 (Two hundred and fifty) Lakh only and others terms condition as per TDS. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit in the format as specified in form e-PW3-7 without any alteration.
(f) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender. |
