b) The Company must have specific experience of covering 3 (three) events;
c) The firm is required to have liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of minimum 1 crore taka;
d) The firm must have up-to-date audit reports of previous 5 years;
e) The firm should have valid up to date trade license, income tax Certificate and VAT registration;

Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) and Bangladesh Computer Society (BCS) are jointly organizing World Congress on Information Technology (WCIT) 2021 in Dhaka on behalf of ICT Division. WCIT 2021 is one of the biggest and prestigious ICT events in the world. This event comprises an international ICT Expo of ICT products & services, Ministerial Conference, Seminars, Workshops, Concert for ICT, B2B meetings and other relevant programs. The participants include Ministers, CEO, Technologists, Policy-makers, teachers, students and visitors. Though this event will be organized in blended mode consisting of both virtual and physical modes, there is a possibility of participation of some overseas guests and speakers. In this connection, the organizers need to ensure accommodation and travel. Thus the task under this tender includes accommodation, travel facilitation (ticket issuance, modification, changes etc.) and overall management of the overseas guests during their stay in Bangladesh. |
