INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers or JVCA (Max. no. of partners in
the JV shall not be more than 3 (thee) as below.)
a) Reputed Firm/organization/authorized agent who have min. 5 (Five) years of general
experience in construction works
b) Having experience in the successful completion of at least 1 no. of construction work of
RCC frame structure Building amounting to Tk.70.00 Lac (BDT Seventy Lac) only in a
single Tender during last 5 years i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and
authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer
ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous
Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below
the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive
Engineer of PWD
c) The Tenderer must process:
i) Up to date valid Trade license, up to date income tax clearance certificate from NBR, up
to date ABC license with supervisory license & Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR
d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum annual average construction turnover in the last 5
(five) years of Tk.1.00 Crore (BDT One Crore) only.
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the successful Tenderer shall be of Tk.50.00
Lac (BDT Fifty Lac) only to be issued in Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for
the line of credit in the format as specified (Form e-PW3)
f) All other terms and conditions are shown in the TDS of the Tender Documents.
g) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk.80.00 Lac (BDT Eighty Lac) only The
Tenderer must submit the Tender Capacity Calculation sheet.
h) A Tender security will be required in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft or Bank
Guarantee in favor of the Executive Engineer, Gazipur PWD Divisio |
