1. General experience 10 years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in construction works of at least 1 contract of similar nature, complexity and method/construction technology successful completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 130,000,000.. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 280,000,000 over the last 5 years. 4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 100,000,000.. For credit facilities, use the standard format "Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7)" which is uploaded in 'General Specifications' section. Any conditional Line of Credit or Other format for this will not be considered. 5.Fixed item must be quoted as fixed rate, otherwise the Tender will treated as non-responsive. 6. Minimum Tender Capacity= Tk. 133,000,000 |
