INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers or JVCA (Max. no. of partners
shall not be more than 3 as below)
a) Reputed Firm/organization/authorized agent who have min. 10 years of general
experience in construction works
b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 no. of construction work of
RCC frame structure (5 storied building with 8 storied foundation including RCC precast
pile foundation) Building amounting to Tk.10.00 Crore (Ten Crore) only with sanitary, water
supply, EM in a single contract in last 10 years i) In case of PWD, the certifying authority
shall be the concerned Executive Engineer
ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous
Body/Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the
rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive
Engineer of PWD
c) The Tenderer must process:
I) Up to date valid Trade license (2021-2022), up to date income tax clearance certificate &
Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR, up to date ABC license with supervisory
license
d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum annual average construction turnover in the last 5
years of Tk.12.00 Crore (Twelve Crore) only.
e)The minimum amount of liquid assets shall be of Tk.2.50 Crore (Two Crore Fifty Lakh)
only to be issued in Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit in the
format as specified (Form e-PW3)
f) All other terms and conditions are shown in the TDS of the Tender Documents.
g) Tender capacity Tk.11.00 Crore (Eleven Crore) only.
h) A Tender security will be required in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee
in favor of the Executive Engineer, Gazipur PWD Division |
