| Eligibility of Tenderer : | : | 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works (Electro-mechanical works) as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of similar nature (Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Protection System, Sub-station Cables, Compound Outdoor Lights, Lightning Arrester, CCTV System ) successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 250 Lac .[ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1000 Lakh over the last 03 years. [ The period may be best three (3) years in the last five (5) years ; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 180 Lakh a. Supporting documents of financial capacity which are generated posterior to the date of publication of this tender will only be accepted. b. In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form PW3-7 (enclosed in section-9, Drawing) prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PG3. Otherwise the tender will be summarily Discarded. 5. Valid and Up-to-date ABC/BC Category Electrical & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Bangladesh 6. Valid e-BIN Registration Certificate. 7. Up-to-Date Income Tax Clearance certificate from NBR. Detailed Eligibility and qualifications of tenderer is mentioned in TDS of this Tender. | ||||||||||
