INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
b) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of Construction of Steel structure works worth not less than Tk. 100.00 (Ninety) Lakh only yin a single work order in Govt. / Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. Tk 210.00 (Two Hundred ten ) Lakh only during the last 5(five) years. d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or works capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk 80.00 (Eighty) Lakh only
e) The experience certificate for successful completion of work shall have to be enclosed
f)The tenderer must have updated VAT, IT, Trade License etc
g) The required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the tender datasheet of tender documents must be fulfilled
h) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 110.00 (One hundred ten five) Lakh Only.
(i) The successful tenderer shall submit the prework of the site and postwork as stated in section 8 after the completing the works before the final bill of the said works
(j)As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008 Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below of the official cost estimate for the works, the tender will be rejected.
(B)In case of tie for the evaluated price, the tenderer shall be selected based on the “Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects” to be used in assessing the Tenderer’s quality mentioned in ITT clause40.1,40.2,40.3,40.4,40.5
(k)JVCA is not allowed in this tender. |
