INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) Tenderers shall have the experience of supplying Vehicles for at least 5 years in any Ministry/ division/ authority/ agency/ government company/ government organization/ government project/ consultant’s organization of the foreign aided project. Certificates of relevant experiences shall be attested by first class gazetted officer.
b) Tenderers shall have experience of contract completed/ongoing of Supplying Vehicle on rent basis valued at least of Taka 8 (Eight) crore in last 5 (Five) years.
c) Tenderers shall have the current capital/Bank Loan facility of at least taka 1 (One) crore. In case of Loan facility PSN-5 must be attached as a document. In other cases, bank certificate must be submitted.
d) Tenderers, who have failed earlier to supply Vehicle in MRT Line-06/Line-05 Northern Route/MRT Line-05 Southern Route Project shall be considered as ‘ineligible’ to participate in this tender.
e) Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract under the applicable Laws.
f) Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered in Bangladesh.
g) Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
