INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Tenderer shall have the following minimum level of experience to qualify for performing the Contract:
(i) 10 (Ten)years of overall experience in the field of construction of natural gas pipeline in the role of prime contractor;
(ii) Natural Gas Pipeline Construction Contractors enlisted with PETROBANGLA or its Companies under category 1.4. The Validity of enlistment should be up to June 2021.
(iii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in supply of materials and Construction of high pressure (minimum 1000 psig) natural gas pipeline, Testing & Commissioning within the last 10 (Ten) years, with a total value of at least Tk. 28.00 (Twenty eight) Crore under maximum of 03 (Three) contracts. The tenderers are required to submit job completion certificate evidencing Specific experience as stated above. Tenderers are also required to submit certificate evidencing Tenderer’s experience on Procurement & Supply of Pipeline Materials.
(iv) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than 60 (sixty) Crore within the last 10 (Ten) years. The period will be best five (5) years in the last ten (10) years.
(v) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 60 (sixty) Crore.
Note: All Experience time will be counted backwards from the date of tender opening. |

Tender Notice Serial No-16(iv) (page-7) (Eligibility of Bidder) and TDS, ITT-15.1(a) (page-41): The required average annual turnover shall be greater than 36 (Thirty Six) Crore within the last 7(Seven) years. The period will be best 3(Three) years in the last 7(Seven) years instead of existing clause.
