| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Construction Works/Arboriculture Works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years considered from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Construction Works/ Arboriculture Works of at least 01 (One) contract within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 1,05,00,000.00 (One Crore Five lac Taka only). The work certificate evidence for successful completion of a work shall have to be issued by the Government/ Semi Government /Autonomous Organisation.
3. The required documentary evidence is average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk.1,05,00000.00 (One Crore Five lac only) over the last 05 (five) years.
4. the required documentary evidence is average minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh of the Civil Construction/Landscaping including Arboriculture and Plumbing Work is tk. Tk. 60,00,000.00 (Sixty Lac Taka only) of last 05 (five) years. |
