INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works (Electro-mechanical works) as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of similar nature (Medical Gas Pipe line Transmission system ) successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 205 Lac .[ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
i. In case of the Works Done under PWD the above certifying and authenticating authority must be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii. In case of the Similar Nature of Work under any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ organization other than PWD, the certifying authority must be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of PWD of the concerned area of execution of work.
3) The required average annual construction turnover ( i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity ) shall be greater than Tk 280 Lakh over the last [5] years.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 110 Lakh.
a. Supporting documents of financial capacity which are generated posterior to the date of publication of this tender will only be accepted.
b. In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form PW2-7 (enclosed in section-9, Drawing) prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PW2. Otherwise the tender will be summarily Discarded.
c.Banking instrument, statement of Credit facilities and Credit line issued not earlier than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.
5) The minimum capacity shall be 210 Lakh.
