INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Any Bangladesi Tenderer can participate the Tender
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 5 ( Five) years for Works/ Service/ supply experience. [Documentary evidence shall be submitted.]
1. The minimum Specific experience as a prime Contractor/Flight Inspection Unit (FIU) in providing work/ Service of at least 3 (three) contracts of similar nature, complexity and method/technology completed over a period of 07 (Seven) years with a value of at least of taka 5 (Five) crore shall be required. [Documented evidence shall be submitted.]
2. The Tenderer has an agreement with Flight Inspection Unit (FIU) covering full contract period who have the following specific experience:
(a) The flight inspection unit (FIU) shall have proven experience of at least 3(Three) times of successful flight Inspection/commissioning for the last 07(Seven) years (ILS/DVOR/RNAV/RNP). In connection to this, original/ true copy of the flight calibration completion certificate i.e end user certificate shall be submitted.
(b) The calibration/inspection company shall be owner of the aircraft (Main and Backup. Proof of ownership of aircraft shall be submitted with bid.
(c) The flight inspection unit shall consist of crew and Navigational calibration Engineers with minimum 3(three) years’ experience in flight calibration.
(d) Calibration aircraft fully equipped and instrumented as per specification section-7.
The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 4.5 (Four point five) crore over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5(five) years. [Documented evidence shall be submitted.]
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 6(Six) crore. [Documented evidence shall be submitted.]
