INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

PWD/AFD Enlisted contractors according their financial limit.
The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
a) Tenderer shall have minimum 3 (three) years of general experience in building construction work or sand filling.
b) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1 (one) number of similar nature of building construction work or sand filling worth not less than TK.200.00 ( Two Hundred) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years ( time will be counted backward from the publication of IFT in e-GP system)
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average Annual construction turnover during last 3 (Three) years amounting of Taka. 300.00 (Three Hundred) Lakh only. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. ( time will be counted backward from the publication of IFT in e-GP system)
d) The tenderer must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) / credit facilities ,working capital TK.200.00 (Two hundred ) Lakh only.
e) The experience certificates for successful completion of works in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
f) The tenderer must have updated VAT, IT, Trade License, ABC category in civil works License.
g) All other conditions as specified in (Section-2 & Section-4) TDS must be fulfilled.
h) If total value of any tender is less than 10% of the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive. |
