INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10(Ten) years of general experience in Building Construction works
b) Tenderer shall have experience in the successful completion of at least 1(one) number of Building construction work including civil, sanitary, electrical works worth not less than Tk 490.00 (Four Hundred Ninety) lakh only in a single work order in Govt. / Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
c) The required average annual construction turnover must be greater than Tk. 1200.00 (One Thousand Two Hundred) Lakh only during the last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover.
d) The tenderer must have a minimum amount of liquid Assets /Credit facilities, working capital Tk. 270.00 (Two Hundred seventeen) Lakh only.
e) The tenderer must have updated VAT, IT, Trade License, ABC category Electrical license & Supervisory license
f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the tender datasheet of tender documents. (time will be counted for experience, turnover, etc., backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
g) If the total value of any tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive.
h) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 600.00 (Six Hundred) Lakh Only |
