INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature [supply and installation of Sub-station (minimum 500 KVA) equipment in/c HT cable, Genenrator (minimum 150 KVA), Air-Conditioning System, Pump Motor Set, PABX, Conference, PA and Internet System] successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 250 lac. [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 350 lac over three (3) years in the last five (5) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 80 lac.
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be: 260 lac
