| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) Tenderers shall have the following up-to-date valid certificates and/or license(s):
Tenderer (Partner-in-Charge/Lead Firm and all Partner(s) in case of JVCA) shall have current & valid 1.4 category enlistment with Petrobangla and/or any company of Petrobangla and ISO 9001 certificate as mandatory requirement. In case of Tenderer from outside the Purchaser’s Country shall have current and valid enlistment/Trade licence at Purchaser’s Country and ISO 9001 certificate for Gas Pipeline Construction/ Gas Pipeline Installation by HDD Method as mandatory requirement.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in at least one river crossing contract by HDD method having minimum length 300meter and 30"OD or above High Pressure Gas Pipeline on Design, Installation, Testing and commissioning that have been successfully completed within the last 07 (Seven) years with a value of at least BDT. 5 (Five) crore or equivalent and that are similar to the proposed works and services complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics as described in Section-6 (Employer’s Requirements).
c) In case of Tenderer does not have experience in HDD works, the Tenderer shall have one contract of construction and commissioning of at least 5km long x 30"OD Gas Pipeline Works with a value of BDT. 5(Five) crore or equivalent within the last 07 years and shall propose sub-contractor or JV Partner for HDD works having experience of at least one river crossing contract by HDD method having minimum length 300 meter and 30"OD or above High Pressure Gas Pipeline works within last 07 years with a value of at least BDT. 5 (Five) crore or Equivalent.
