INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law;
b. Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered in Bangladesh;
c. Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh;
d. Tenderers shall have valid bank account and available liquid assets minimum BDT 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lac);
e. The minimum numbers of years of general experience in the Tenderer in the construction work as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years; and
f. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01(one) similar construction (Boundary wall) contract successfully completed within last 05 (Five) years value minimum amount BDT 75,00,000.00 (Seventy Five Lac).
