This invitation for tenderer is open to all eligible tenderes as mentioned below. The Tenderer must have min. 5 (Five) yrars of general experience in construction works (year counting from the fate of publication of IFT)
The Tenderer must sve min. 3 (Three) years specific experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor of management contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (One) RCC

Framed structure caulding of similar nature of civil works with a value not less than TK.3.00 Crore in a single contract in government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 03 (Three) years (year conting from the date of publication of IFT) The tenderer must have a min average annual construction turnover of TK. 4.00 (Four) Crore
