INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in
the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or
Management Contractor shall be 10 years; years counting backward from
the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontract or
Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at
least 01(One) contract of 10 storied RCC Frame Structure Building with at least
01(One) basement construction work successfully completed within the
last 10(Ten) year with a value of at least Tk. 140.00 Crore (One
Hundred & Forty Crore); years counting backward from the date of
publication of IFT in the newspaper
(c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector
shall be greater than Tk 110.00 Crore ( One Hunded & Ten Crore) over the
last 5 (Five) financial years or best 5(Five) years in the last 10(Ten)
financial year
(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or
credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the
Tenderers shall be Tk 30.00 Crore (Thirty Crore). Document (scan copy
only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date
and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is
attached in Tender Documents of Section-5 : Tender & contract form (Form ePW3-8)
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk.200.00 Crore (Two Hundred
Crore).
(f) Must have Up to Date ABC and Electrical supervisory license, TIN
Certificate, VAT Registration certificate & Trade license.
(g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tender as shown in section 2 & section-4 to tender Document. |
