Additional Conditions of Contract:
1. Joint Security Framework:
(a) General Security: MPA’s Security Department shall provide primary perimeter security and access control for the plant premises at all times.
(b) Supplemental Night Security: The Service Provider shall deploy two (2) additional night guards to provide dedicated surveillance and asset protection within the PRF Plant during the night shift.
(c) Surveillance: MPA shall maintain sole responsibility for the control, monitoring, and recording of the CCTV system installed within the PRF Plant.
(d) Coordination: The Service Provider’s night guards shall maintain a direct communication line with the MPA CCTV control room to report and respond to real-time incidents.
2. Maintenance and Operational Continuity:
(a) The Service Provider’s liability is strictly limited to the operation of the plant. In the event that the plant, or any component thereof, becomes non-operational due to mechanical or electrical failure requiring repair or maintenance, MPA shall be responsible for initiating and completing all necessary corrective actions.
(b) During any such period of non-operation, the Service Provider shall remain entitled to their full Operation Service Fees, provided the downtime was not caused by the Service Provider’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
