INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractors or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 5 (five) years. Year counting backward from the publication of IFT in e-GP portal.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in construction works of at least one contract of 05 (five) storied RCC frame structure building with 07 (Seven) storied foundztion including civil, internal sanitary & water supply, internal electrification works with a value at least Tk.12.50 (twelve point five zero) crores in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization successfully completed within the last 10 years. Year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 5.00 (five point zero) crores.Must be submitted according to ITT Clause No 31.1(d)
4. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 21.00 (twenty-one point zero zero) crores over the last 5 years or best 5 years in the last 10 years.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 12.50 (twelve point five zero) crores.
6. The tenderer must posses: i) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate iv) Up to date ABC/BC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB..
7. Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in TDS and PCC of tender document.
8. VAT and IT shall be deducted from each bill payment as per the latest NBR instructions. |
