INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 60.00 Lacs
(a) The e-Tender Submission Letter (Form e-PW2-1) as furnished in Section 5: e-Tender Forms;
(b) Tenderer Information (Form e-PW2-2) as furnished in Section 5: e-Tender Forms;
(c) The priced Bill of Quantities using the form(s) furnished in Section 6: Bill of Quantities;
(d) Valid and Up-to-Date Trade license to be mapped from e-GP Common document library of the
Tenderer;
(e) Written confirmation authorizing the signatory of the Tenderer including National ID to submit
the e-Tender and shall be uploaded and mapped in the tender along with e-Tender Submission
Letter (Form e-PW2-1);
(f) A certificate, that the Tenderer is a Tax payer having valid Tax Identification Number(TIN) and
VAT registration number as a proof of fulfilment of taxation obligations as stated under ITT Sub
Clause 4.3 to be mapped from e-GP Common document library of the Tenderer;
(g) Up-to-Date Income Tax Clearance Certificate from NBR;
(h) Up-to-Date PWD Special Class/Combined 1st Class/1st Class E/M/2nd class E/M Enlistment
Certificate;
(i) Valid and Up-to-Date ABC/BC Category Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical
Licensing Board, Bangladesh;
(j) Documentary evidence, as applicable to satisfy the following:
(i) Adequacy of minimum liquid assets as Line of Credit, as stated under ITT Sub Clause 9.1(a);
(ii) Essential equipment as stated in TDS
(iii) Key Technical Personnel with qualification & experience as stated in TDS
(iv) Authorization Letter from Manufacturer for proposed items. |
