INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenders as mentioned below:
(a) 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of theTenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(five) years.[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
(b) 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01(One) contract of 01(one) Construction Work completed within the last 05(Five) years of a value of at least Tk 290.00 (Two Hundred and Ninety ) Lac. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
(c) 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty) Lac over the last 5(Five) years.
(d) 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 100.00 (One Hundred) Lac. Letter of commitment for bank’s undertaking for the line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form without alteration,issued not earlier than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the date of the dead line for submission of tender.
(e) 5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 300.00 (Three Hundred) Lac.
(f) The Tenderer must enclose up to date Trade License, Income Tax certificate and Valid VAT documents along with the tender.
(g) The Tenderer must enclose up to date ABC category Electrical Contractory and Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
(h) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in the Tender. |
