INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor shall be 3(three) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in Boundary Wall Construction works of at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 5 years of value of at least Tk.250.00 (Two Hundred & Fifty) lac. The contract(s) must have been completed under Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization of Bangladesh
3) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk.200.00 (Two Hundred) lac over the best three (3) years in the last 5 (five) financial Year. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities as PW2a-3 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) lac.
5) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.250.00 (Two Hundred & Fifty) lac. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must be submitted list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as e-PW2A-6 format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years from tender publication date in e-GP portal.
6) The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade, VAT registration and Income TAX certificate. |
