INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.
(b) A satisfactory completion of at least 1 (one) similar works including Acoustic works, Internal Electrical works as a Prime Contractor of under single contract within the last 10(Ten) years of a value of at least Tk. 08.00 (Eight point Zero Zero) Crore in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 17.00 (Seventeen Point zero zero) Crore over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e. working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 05.00 (Five point zero zero) Crore. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in PW3-8 form published by CPTU, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
(e) The Tenderer must have First Class Combine License from any Government Body, up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Up to date ABC category contactor and supervisory License from Electrical licensing board, Audited Financial report of last five years.
(f) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 11.50 (Fifteen point zero) Crore. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet. |
