INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 05 years of general experience in construction works.
2) The Minimum experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar nature work of BDT 75.00 lakh in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The tenderer shall have minimum average annual turnover during last 5 (five) financial years BDT 50.00 Lakh. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual turnover.
4) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 50.00 Lakh. Documentary evidence submitted along with the tender must be issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit submitted by the tenderer must be unconditional and issued in the format as per form of Tender and Contract forms section without alteration from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh.
5) The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 75.00 Lakh.
6) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
(a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
(b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(c) Updated Trade license.
7) VAT and Income Tax will be deducted as per latest government instructions. |
