INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 05 years of general experience in construction works.
2. The Minimum experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar nature work of BDT 170.00 lakh in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The Tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years BDT 170.00 lakh. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset i. e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT 140.00 lakh. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.
5) The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 200.00 Lakh.
6) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
(a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
(b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(c) Updated Trade license.
7) VAT and Income Tax will be deducted as per latest government instructions. |
