INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tenders is open to al eligible Tenderer s as mentioned below:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the
construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management
Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
2.The minimum Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or
Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (One) contract of 4
(Four) Storied RCC Building construction works having Sanitary Systems and
Internal Electrification Works successfully completed within the last 5 (Five)
years in similar nature works each with a value of at least Tk. 10.00 (Ten)
Crore in any public sectors. (time will be counted backward from the date of
publication of IFT in e-GP system).
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk
12.00 (Twelve) Crore over the last 5 (Five) years. Necessary supporting
documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract
value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover.
(time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP
system).
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working
capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of
them, of the Tenderer s shall be Tk 5.00 (Five) Crore. In the form of a letter of
Commitment for Bank's undertaking for line of credit (Form ePW3-8) without
alteration issued not earlier than 21 days of the deadline for submission of the
tender only.
5.The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Crore (to submit ongoing
works details, contract amount, payment bill amount, remaining works amount
and other required information.
6.Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity
Licensing Board, GOB.
7. As per ITT, GCC & TDS and tender documents. |
