INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Qualification criteria:
1.The bidder shall have general experience of electro mechanical works for minimum five years; years counting backward from the date of publication of this IFT.
2. The bidder shall have specific experience of electro mechanical works including sub-station, generator, lightning arrester, CCTV system, sound system, compound and security light, solar system, pump motor in a single contract in any government, semi government or autonomous organization with a value of minimum 90 Lac BDT in last three years, years counting backward from the date of publication of this IFT.
3.The bidder shall submit valid Up to Date Trade License, ABC type contractor License from Electrical Licensing Board of Bangladesh, Supervisory License, VAT Certificate and TIN Certificate. Income Tax Assessment Year shall be 2025-26.Attested copies of the above documents shall be submitted.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderer shall be Tk 45 Lac. In case of Line of Credit, certificate must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of BPPA from any scheduled bank.
5. The bidder shall have an average annual construction turnover under public sector during last five financial years of Tk 80 Lac.
6. The bidder shall have minimum tender capacity of Tk. 85 Lac.
7. All other conditions are mentioned in TDS, GCC, PCC of this tender. |
