INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works (RCC Building Construction Works) under public sector (govt./semi-govt./autonomous organization) of at least 01(one) contract of Construction work successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least TK 800.00 lac.
4. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than TK 1050.00 lac over the last 05 (five) financial years. Payment Certificate(s) must be submitted as evidence of turnover.
5. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line of the Tenderers shall be Tk 270.00 lac as mentioned in e-PW3-8.
6. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 900.00 lac.
7.The Tenderer must submit with Tender
a. Up-to-date Trade License, TIN Certificate, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Category Contractor License, Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
b. Only submitted payment certificates will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
c. The Tenderers must submit work completion certificates & contract agreement of all completed and on-going works. |
