The consulting services (“the Services”) include the following: The undertaking of the Professional Accreditation Program (PAP) incorporates the following broad activities but not limited to: Initial consultations, Project management organization; Review, evaluation and in-depth analysis of the currently available national and international programs including but may not be limited to that of ICE, IStructureE, and SEA, USA; Data Collection, Demand Analysis and Project Concept Note; Development of Program Components, Mechanisms, and Safeguards; Development of the Accreditation Process, Curricula and Training Materials, selection criteria, passing criteria and delivery mechanism for the accreditation; Design of Pilot Testing Framework; Pilot Testing; and Roll out and Sustainability. These activities can be structured into 4 (Four) phases: Phase 1: Preparatory Work; Phase 2: Development; Phase 3: Design of a Framework for Pilot Testing; and Phase 4: Roll out and Sustainability. Implementation Period: 17 (Seventeen) Months. |
