As part of the tender evaluation, during the post qualification, Hasan Enterprise presented three unregistered vehicles as per the information provided in the tender for Procurement of Transport Service (PS-6). After detailed verification by the technical sub-committee , it was found that one of the presented vehicles (Microbus-2) was indeed a registered vehicle. Hasan Enterprise falsely removed the original registered name plate of the vehicle and presented it as unregistered. stay order-01(writ petetion 21025 of 2025): The High Court Division has withdrawn the disqualification for 06 (six) months from the date of judgment 27-01-2026 i.e. till 26-06-2026. The disqualification will be effective again from the date 27th June 2026.
Stay order-02(writ petetion 21025 of 2025): The High Court Division has withdrawn the disqualification for 06 (six) months from the date of judgment 22-07-2026 i.e. till 21-01-2027. The disqualification will be effective again from the date 22th January 2027. |

After detailed verification by the technical sub-committee , it was found that of the two vehicles MEM Corporation presented, one, i.e. the Jeep, had a different chassis and engine number and was presented before the committee with the nameplate of the vehicle submitted in the tender. The chassis and engine number of the vehicle proposed in the tender did not match the presented jeep. stay order-01(writ petition 21024 of 2025): The High Court Division has withdrawn the disqualification for 06 (six) months from the date of judgment 27-01-2026 i.e. till 26-06-2026. The disqualification will be effective again from the date 27th June 2026.
