Stay order on the application of Regulation 21 of "The Public Procurement Regulations, 2003" and the notification of March 21, 2003 issued from the Prime Minister"s Office was vacated and the Rule discharged by the Hon"ble High Court on 7 March, 2005.
Procuring Entities have accordingly been advised to directly advertise their procurement requirements in newspapers in accordance with Regulation 21 of "The Public Procurement Regulations, 2003".
