This is to notify you that your Tender dated 1 March 2020 for the supply of Goods and related Services for Supply and Installation of the new ICT Systems (Regulatory Information System, Networks, Security Solution etc.) at Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission for the Contract Price of Tk. 15,37,98,786.00 (Fifteen Crore Thirty Seven Lac Ninety Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Six) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been ap proved by Office of Project Director, CMDP-III (2nd Phase).
2. You are thus requested to take following actions:
i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within SEVEN (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Clause.
ii. furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk. 1,53,79,878.60 (One Crore Fifty-Three Lac Seventy-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Eight Point Six Zero) Only within Fourteen (14) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 8 July 2020 in accordance with ITT Clause.
iii. sign the Contract within Twenty-Eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 22 July 2020, in accordance with ITT Clause.
3. You may proceed with the execution for the supply of Goods and related Services for only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract, which shall become binding upon you.
4. We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
